What's better? More weight or more reps?!

What's better? More weight or more reps?
For developing abs, is more weight and shorter reps better or more reps and less weight?
Normally, I'm doing 70 pounds with 100 reps.
What do you suggest?
Answers:
more weight and less reps = make the muscles larger. Make sure it's enough weight for you to handle at least 3 reps but not too little weight to be able to go more then 3 reps.
