Want to lose ten pounds!?
Yeah i want to lose ten pounds. I have gained ten pounds over the summer cause i have been kinda lazy. But i dont really eat. But i want to no how i can lose that ten pounds. And how long will it take? Could i lose it in 2 weeks? I also have a fast metabolism. Would that help me lose weight quicker?

I dont drink Soda either. I have given that up! but i heard it was bad to skip meals and stuff. But what kinda of stuff should i eat?

4 me, I work my ab muscles while running on a treadmill (cuz I got stomach fat cuz itz hereditary), it also makes my legs in better shape

yes, having a fast metabo will make you lose weight tha quickest, and having a good sleep will make it quicker
u should eat;
-whole grains - whole grain bread, pasta
-snacks with about 100 calories - ex. pudding with no fat
-fruits and veggz
-meat - preferably chicken (is the lowest fat meat), or fish (Omega-3 fatty acids are healthy fats - those are important too)
-water for hydration
-milk for stronger bones
if u don't have breakfast (breakfast also helps boost metabo), lunch and dinner, then u will still be hungry and eat unhealthy snacks
