If you have been on a diet plan for weeks or months, your body gets used to the healthy eating and has hit a point where it doesn't need to lose any more pounds. Just eat a bare minimum of 1200 calories with a multivitamin.
If you don't run, then go out and run everyday for 45 minutes. Just increase your amount of running and you should drop a few more pounds. Just shock your body into working harder and it will respond.
