Preferably 30-40 grams of a fast digesting protein (whey or whey isolate-even better) its also recommended to consume simple carbohydrates post workout ( sugar or dextrose ) to aid in protein synthesis. Also try to consume a balanced meal 45-60 mins after your workout.
