Question: Flat stomach:(!?
I reallllllllllllllyy need help I have chunks of fat on my stomach, I am 13 years old, 4'11, and a vegetarian!. I need to know ways to get a flat stomach, possibly before next June!? Please help mee!.! I can't choose what I eat at every meal because my mom chooses, so no diets!? Excersize!. Also, I eat 1/2 a grapefruit a day, will that do anything/!? Try the basic crunch!. It has been proven to work better than many work outs!. It's not that fun and you will feel the pain of being tired!. But results are amazing!. Research bicycle and backwards crunch online so it can show you how to do it!. It's really good to do!. And do 3 reps of 20 each day and build up!. You might see the results sooner than you think!

Cardio + diet to lose body fat!. In addition, try doing ab exercises to strengthen your abdominals!. Anyone looking for a washboard stomach and/or 6 pack knows that its directly connected to body fat!. Good abs are made in the kitchen, and in the gym!.

Since you're a vegetarian, try to look towards your protein intake!. You didn't mention being vegan, so dairy products can often up your protein!. Other sources can include beans, fish products (if you're willing), nuts, soy, etc!.!.!. The grapefruit is ok, but you should try to make sure that you're getting a good mix of fruits and vegetables in addition to heart healthy fats!. Eat below how many calories you need (don't nix too many cals to keep from going on starvation mode) if you are looking to lose body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Forget the grapefruit and try 1/4 Melon a day!. Yellow varieties are better but avoid water melon, also try eating 1/2 punnett of strawberries a day!.

Plenty of sit-ups and stomach crunches will help tone the weight you lose and plenty of walking will help shape the legs and buttocks!. Cycling is good for respitory and will also shpe the buttocks too!.

Are you one of those vegetarians who won't eat meat but will binge on potato chips and processed sugars!? If so, cut them out of your diet!. Don't drink soda but plenty of water instead!. O, and if your mom is frying up french fries every night at dinner, just ask her if she could maybe cook something else thats a bit healthier!. Maybe you could help her in the process too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

cut out ur carbs and fat!.!.!.!. only eat pure protein and alot of vegtables!.!.!. become active!.!. jump and dance to music if you dont like to do boring exercise!. drink a ton of green tea!. studies have shown it revs up metabolism and helps burn fat!. start choosing your own meals!.!. you are odl enough!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Avoid anything with the artificial sweetener Aspartame in it - it makes you fatter!Www@Answer-Health@Com
