make sure your doing the ab exercises correctly!. Get a personal trainer to show you how or look it up on google!.

Hmm don't do them EVERY day or you wont build abs; they need 36-48 hours to rest and rebuild, do them every 2nd day!.

I normally do 4 sets of 12 with 30seodn breaks inbetween!. It takes me about 6 weeks to get really nice results!.

Do interval running on the day you do abs, and long distance running on the other day - but have a rest day once a week also!; so for intervals you run at 80% power for a minute (almost sprinting) then you run at 20% power for a minute (light jog) then sprint, then jog for as long as you can keep it up (30min would be good to burn away stored fat) that will burn the flabber layer away (if you have one)!.

Eat soybean or meat or peanuts or fish or eggs more then you normally do for some protien, (but not a protien overload)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You must get you body very lean for abs to show here how!. There is only one way exercise a lot and drink a lot of water the same amount in ounces as you weigh everyday and only eat oatmeal for breakfast one serving it only a cup of rice for lunch with a six ounce serving of meat!. Snacks are OK between meals it allows you so eat less during the meals!. the snacks must be only apples, oranges or bananas!. Eat dinner at six every day eating to late makes you gain weight!. A late snack is OK!. Dinner should not exceed 500 calories!. I followed this plan and lost forty pounds in 50 days!. But i also worked out 3 hours a day six days a week and worked full time night shift in a very physical job!. But i followed the plan very strictly and your body needs a lot of water to metabolize fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You can, just keep in mind that the worse your diet is, the harder you will have to work!.

But you can have great abs while still eating foods you like as long as you're smart about it!. Cut down on the bad stuff, have 2-3 things that are technically not good for you that you allow yourself to have in small amounts!. Almost every athlete has something they treat themselves to regularly!.

Keep in mind that the most important thing to having good looking abs is being able to see them - i!.e!. low body fat!. You can do all the crunches you want but if you've got a layer of fat around your gut nobody will ever see them!.

So do the crunches (every SECOND day at most - they need time to recover) but focus on fat-burning even more!.

Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

10 to 15 cups of water!?!?!?

I hope those cups are small, cause too much water can also be bad for you!.

Consider drinking 6 to 8 cups or glasses of water!.

Anyways if you want to get lean muscles, I'd say that plan of yours is decent, just don't ruin it by eating fatty foods!.

By a jump rope, they are also good cardio workouts which help you lose fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This should help you tremendously! Also a few things you could do in the grocery store are that you should buy low carb breads and noodles!. They cost the same and taste the same so it is like you never even changed your diet!

Low carb foods make the fat melt off of you and keep it that way!

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
