Too Skinny! Help?
I'm 15, and horribly skinny! I keep dropping weight! I really want to be muscular! What should I do to gain some weight! Eating a lot hasn't helped I need to gain weight in two eeks how can I do this? What foods should I aim at? I'm skinny, and my face is sunk in like a skeleton! Hate my appearance! HELP?

If you want to gain weight though you do need calories overall, and your face will look less sunken in if you somewhat increase your overall body fat. Try eating a lot of nuts, as they are high in protein as well as calories, and snack between meals when you can instead of just having three big meals a day. This is good for keeping your blood sugar steady and may help you pack on the pounds.
