Do have access to a gym or weight equipment!? If not, push-ups are great for the whole upper body, especially chest, shoulders and triceps, and you can do them anywhere!. Pull-ups/chin-ups are also good to work your back and your biceps!. If you do belong to a gym or have access to equipment, then you can use weights to help!. Here are some examples of exercises you could do at the gym:
shoulders: shoulder press, lateral raises, front raises, rear delt flies
chest: bench press, flies, incline press, decline press
back: pull-overs, rows, lat pull downs, shrugs
