The guy has all sorts of qualifications and experiance, and hes a doctor in somthing lol!.

He wrote a plan for me a while back and its brilliant!.

Its very quick, and i enjoyed the attention lol!. Give it a go

Also you don't have to keep buying as you just mix the program about a bit!.

Hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Step1
Grasp a dumbbell in each hand!. Select a weight that you can control and that will allow you to reach your goal for reps!. You should aim to reach between 8 and 10 repetitions per set and repeat for a total of 3 or 4 sets!.
Step2
Hold your arms down, parallel to your body and use your tricep muscle to lift the dumbbell up until the forearm touches the bicep!. The motion should be slow and controlled!. Hold the up position for a second and then lower the dumbbell back to the starting position!. During this movement, hold the upper arm parallel to the body!. The arm will bend at the elbow and rise in the plane of the sides!.
Step3
Notice in the up position your hands are at the sides of your shoulders!. Keep your hands turned to facing out during the lifts!. The only muscles that this should be working are your triceps!. Keep your upper arm parallel to the ground throughout the sets!. If you need to lower the weight, make the adjustment and continue until your set is finished!. When you complete the full number of sets, raise the weight by 5 lbs!. and start over!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Men's Health Online is the best resource I've found for help with exercises!. Never thought it would be, but it really is!.

Get in front of a full length mirror to work out, that way you can watch your form, which is really important!. Books on weightlifting can be helpful, but online videos are best!.

You can use dumbells to build strength - I know from experience!. Form is the key!. Going s l o w l y through the exercises and also the number of reps and number of sets you do!. I don't work out every day, either - give the muscles time to rest/heal and you will get muscle growth/bulk up!.

Check menshelath!.com and click on the fitness tab - excellent resources!.

Hope this helps ya, bro!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
