I want to lose 20+ lbs by September?
I want to lose 20 lbs by september. My curent weight is 150. I look puggy all over my body. I think that if I lose 20 lbs I will look alright. Does anybody know of any good diets that would work.
If I eat 1,000 or less calories a day
Exersice 30 min a day for 5 days a week
Eat lots of fruits and veggies
Drink 5-10 glasses of water a day
would that ^ work?

First thing you have to do is go to Google and search for St. Josephs diet it has things that you eat everyday like eggs and stuff it's a really good way to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks just do it again the next month not two weeks after another that will make you sick.
