How many calories do I burn by doing 200 sit ups a day? And 200 Jumping Jacks as well?

Well first off, you're not gonna burn a lot of calories doing sit ups. Sit ups will tone and define your ab muscles, if you want to burn a lot of calories you need to get your heart rate up by doing cardio activities like running and things like that. The jumping jacks could help some for burning calories, but my suggestion would be to ride a bike for 30 minutes or so, or maybe jog a mile, then do the jumping jacks while your heart rate is up, then do the sit ups.
