What ways are there to strengthen your stomach?
I want to turn a little flab into muscle, but I don't know how.
Answers:
Crunches.
Do all different kind of crunches. Regular, reverse, steps (go up, up a little more, and up one more time, then down), side (lay your knees to one side, do 50, then put your knees to the other side, do 50 more), bicycle, etc
You can also hold the yoga Plank position and focus on holding in your core muscles.
Scissor kicks are also a great way to strengthen your abs.
Do exercises for about 10 minutes twice a day, right when you wake up and right before bed.
You'll notice a difference in a few days, and it will get better and better each week.
