Question: I know i am fat!.!.!.!?
I am fat, and i know it looking at my body!.!.!. sidefat, and blubber!. Plz give me tips and excersise tips!.!.!. I am sixth grader who ways 100 pounds and i am 5 feet 1 inches!. plz help me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

trust me, i'm fourteen, and that's not fat!.
i went through a whole depression thing because i thought i was fat when i really wasn't!.
if you look some of the skinniest people, their thighs and bellies jiggle!.
but if you think you really need to lose weight, here's what my cousin did and lost twenty pounds in 3 weeks:
gave up all cokes!.
stopped eating red meat!.
ate oatmeal for breakfast!.
(it sounds gross, but eating oatmeal helps your metabolism go faster which gets it out of your system faster, get it!?)
and cheerios for dinner!.
and he allowed himself one cheat day a week!.

also anything whole wheat is better!.
you can always eat more fruits and vegetables!.
and if you get a sweet tooth they have all sorts of one hundred calorie packs out now!.

for exercise;
at home you can always do crunches, sit-ups and anything of that matter!.
you can go running, climb stairs, bicycling!.
and if you have access, go to a gym=]

also, you should NEVER starve yourself!. if you do, your body will think you are starving and it will store your next meal as fat!


just try eating healthier!. add more fruits and veggies into your diet, and drink lots of water! cut out sugary drinks such as soda and juice!. if you are going to drink juice, drink orange juice!. make sure it is made from real oranges, like tropicana!. sunny delight does not count! also, if you feel like eating but you are not really hungry, you could just be dehydrated!. when you are dehydrated it makes you want to eat!. if you feel a sugar craving, try chewing gum or sucking on mints that last a long time!.

for excercise, try taking a walk around your neighborhood everyday or even jogging a bit!. start out slowly, but begin to do a little bit more everyday!. buy a couple of 5 pound weights and lift them everyday!. also try situps!. every little bit of excercise counts, just get off your butt and get moving! :] spend less time on the computer and less time watching tv!. if you are watching tv, try this: during every comercial break, run around your house until the show comes back on, and then sit and relax while watching your show!. by the time of the next comercial, you will be re-energized and ready for more! you can also try joining a sport team!.

Well begun is half done!. More than half of your problem is already solved, the most difficult thing is to diagnose, the next most difficult thing is to accept and recognise the problem, you have done all that so 2/3 of the problem is addressed the only 1/3 remaining is to act which is the most difficult, you can do it as you have done with the 2/3!. Go full steam ahead, with exercise, yoga, vegetarian diet with plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruit, milk and water, no junk food to watch the calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the most basic way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume!.
DONT MAKE YOURSELF THROWUP IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY!. and also dont stop eating!. there is no easy weigh out!. keep thinking how you are going to look when you burn all that fat when you are running or weightlifting!.

also drinking a lot of water is one of the best ways to lose weight!. stay hydrated and just keep running!. its not going to happen over night!. also do situps, crunchies, and pushups!.

i weighd 100 pounds in 6th grade and i was far from fat!. dont stress about it just go to the gym and RUN not walk on the treadmil for a mile and a half try to do it 3-5 times a week!. also if your a big soda drinker cut back on that it will really help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your young, you shoudlnt diet, just try to eat healthier - loads of fruit and vegetables, as much as you want, no chips, fried foods or sweets (or little), and then start exercising - playing, ride your bike - get out there and have some fun!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My boy will be in 7th next year, and he weighs 115, and he is getting "fluffy"!.
