I think i hurt myself?
i go to the gym everyday and work out like crazy cuz im tryin to lose weight. i run for 30 min then do the elliptical then do weights then go on the stairmaster then do more weights and i never get sore but i woke up this morning and my shoulders hurt really bad and my inner thighs are so tight and painful that it hurts to walk up or down stairs....is this normal? i thought u only get sore when u first start working out but ive been at it for a while so i dont get why all of a sudden im in pain..i didnt increase reps or the weight and i did the same thing i do everyday...what gives? should i use some icy hot or bengay stuff? i know i shouldnt do weights tonight but its it ok for me to still go run on the treadmill or elliptical for an hour? i feel disgusting when i miss a day of working out :( serious answers only please
