Im guessing you are a guy.
Okay... cut out the junk food. Eat no carbs. So no pasta, rice or bread. Eat lots of veg e.g tomatoes, cucumber and celery because when you eat these you burn more calories then you consume.
Do exercise, and alot of it. Do 30 mins of cardio atleast 3 times a week. Go for a run or something and slowly increase the distance and time as you get better.
