Whats a good way to lose weight??? i wanna lose 44lbs in 2 months?

I'm 26 years old 253lb 5'11 i wanna get down to 209lb by the end of August. Starting today i'm eating a bowl of cereal for breakfeast and fruit for lunch and either baked chicken or pork chops with salad and corn or peas for dinner. Thats about 800 calories a day. I'm also starting to walk an hour and a half 5 days a week, and lift a 25lb dumb bell 50 times with each arm everyother day. My question is there any other things i can do to help lose weight healthy and gain muscle. I have a fat stomach i wanna lose and put some muscle on my main goal is to get down to 180 all muscle by the end of the year.

Cut down on sugars and carbs with out eleminating them from your diet. Eat lots of vegtables that are low in sugar and carbs like lettuce. Eat small portions and never have seconds. Drink lots of water. Eat 5 times a day instead of three with really small portions. Don't eat 2 hours before you go to sleep. Count your calories and stay around 1500 if your a girl and 2000 if your a guy. If you starve yourself then your body with store fat.

Walking every day is a good thing. Running is better. Running help you lose fat off of your stomach. Do cardio first to lose weight, lots of lifting with light weight. If you want to just gain muscle then lift heavyer weights. Where more clothes then normal to sweat out the water weight you will get from drinking extra water. Have sex 3 times a day.
