what I like to do is lay on my back on the floor under a mat!.
and just lift your legs up a couple of times!. Once you have that going!. You can buy some strap on weights!. They are weights that are made of a material that is heavy but straps onto your legs or arms!. Strap those on and lift your legs up!.
I did that for a bout 1 1/2 months and my legs became very well toned!.
