Getting six pack or ripped abs is quite simple - even if it isn't easy!

First you will need to work out - often ab specific exercises aren't necessary, as a good whole body work out will also work the abs!.

You could do sit-ups and push up's!. Find a playground and do some pull up's on the monkey bars!. Also try some tummy twists and jumping jacks!. Hopefully that will help you out!Www@Answer-Health@Com
