How do I lose the last bit of flab off my stomach?!


Question: How do I lose the last bit of flab off my stomach!?
I have lost some weight, am and now in size 30 jeans, but still have a bit of fat on my stomach and love handles despite having a low cal, low fat diet!. How do you suggest I get down to little to zero fat, so I can finally get to see my abs!? I've heard that sit ups or crunches alone won't do the trick - that just strengthens the muscles but does nothing to get rid of the fat!. Am I wrong!? Do I need to do aerobic activity to get the fat off!? Or will I lose the rest of the fat over time just by staying on the diet!? I've been on the diet for 3 months now!.!.!.!. Answers:
Ab workouts will NOT shed off that little bit of fat, like you said!.
But there might be one that sometimes helps: lay down on your back on a flat surface, and lift up both of your legs to 15 degree angle and hold for 30 seconds!. Do a couple reps of that every day and it might work!!!
STAY ON THAT DIET!!! and do lots of Cardio- run, jog, swim, and do whatever that keeps you moving!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I haven't tried this yet, but when I get to the point where I am aaalmost at my goal, I am going to do "Slender Wrap"!. A friend of mine did it, and it did the trick!. Of course, keep working out for the best results!Www@Answer-Health@Com
