The sun is strongest from 10 A!.M!. until 2 P!.M!., with its peak around noon!. It doesn't matter that it may not be that hot out at 10:30 when you go out, the sun is still really strong, it just hasn't been out long enough to heat up the air!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no time is a good time to tan it causes skin cancer no real tan is a safe tan so go get a spray tan please and always wear sunscreenWww@Answer-Health@Com
