Hi im 13 years old i am 5 foot 10 and i have size 13 shoes (when i was 8 i had a size 8 when i was 9 i had a size nine and so fourth) i wiegh 164pounds i wanna no how much more i will grow and how much wieght i need to loose my granpa is 6 foot 5 dad is 6 foot 2 and mom is 5 foot 8 thanks =DWww@Answer-Health@Com

My hubby just said you need to start playing sports! :-) Apparently you have a major advantage that other men do not possess!. Growth rates are completely based on your own body!. Some people do not get taller until their junior year in high school, while others start young like you have!. However, most guys continue to grow and reach their peak around 18, just depending on the individual!.

You should stop gaining height between the ages of 16-18!.
Very fortunate you are to be so tall, so enjoy it and don't stoop - walk tall and proud because there are many 'shorties' in this world who would give anything to be tall so that they could model or simply tower above everyone!.
