Try this, you'll see and feel results in 2-3 days!. The muscle will outweigh the fat so don't let the scale discourage you :)

For exercise, try switching it up (Monday work on arms, Tuesday work on stomach, Wednesday work on legs, Thursday Rest, Friday Arms, Saturday Stomach, Sunday Legs) though you can choose your own schedule/plan!. Try maybe using different machines for stomach or legs or arms so your body doesn't get used to it!. Also, try increasing the amount of exercise you do every week!.

For eating, try portion control (70% of your diet is food intake but exercise is also important) eating the serving size and if there is no designated serving size, 1cup if it's a meal and 1/2 a cup if it's a snack!.

Breakfast- Whenever you choose
Drink of choice- hour after breakfast (all other drinks being water; one cup of drink of choice)
Lunch- 1hr after Drink of choice
Snack- 1/2 cup, 1 hour after lunch
Dinner- 2 hours after snack

It doesn't matter WHAT you eat unless you're on a specific diet such as Atkins, it's mostly just How MUCH we take in and how OFTEN we take it in!. I have problems with over-eating and I'll eat an ice cream, oh I want another and it's not b/c I'm hungry it's b/c I have a craving for it and it feels like I can't wait!. Also, eating out of boredom, try drinking water often to prevent hunger!. I also have this problem and especially when I'm exercising!. (Try buying a treadmill or a few exercising supplies or maybe you can get a gym subscription) and bring with you in an insulated glass/mug full of ice b/c I always and alot of other people always want a little something to feel like their eating or munching on and this is perfect b/c it's hydrating and you get the little munch out of it!.
Also, how I said about buying some equipment or gym subscription, I'd recommend you buy your own that way you pay a little extra and the rest is free not 1/2 the price every month or whatever!. Try buying about the things (one for legs, one for stomach, one for legs and maybe as you get more into, you could add more)!. Also, if you lift weights try increasing the amount of weight each weeks or two!. :)

Okay, this is gonna sound rough, BUT!.!.!.

1ST: Immediately stop eating any fast foods, stop drinking soda or other high fructose corn syrup drinks and stop eating misc!. foods such as chips and candy!. I know you do, we have all been there!.

2ND: Lose the term "quickly" from your vocabulary!. The weight didn't go on quickly and it won't come off quickly!.

3RD: Sign up with a weigh loss group Like "Weight Watchers"!. I liked them when I used them!. The best thing they did for me was to assist with eating healthy and portioning!. ALL restaurants serve double and triple portions when you go out to eat!. You have gotten use to that visual, and need to learn what a "real" portion looks like!. Shame on them!. Weight Watchers also helps you with the emotional turmoils associated with losing weight, its hell and we all know it!.

4TH: Start walking and moving around, not necessarily "exercising" yet!. Your body needs to get used to all the changes and once you get to your goal you feel comfortable with (both emotionally and physically), get a cool outfit and sign up to a gym!. Once you learn the basics you can do these exercises at any time!. Find a friend to do these with, it's a LOT easier with support!.

5TH: Throw out your scale, it will make you eat more!. I'm serious! You will spend to much time obsessing over fluctuations!. Don't do it!.

6TH: Reiterate to yourself everyday that you can do this even when you have a bad day and shove a Twinkie in your mouth!. Learn not to dwell on the relapses (you will have many), because you will have MORE better days!.

7TH: Read the suggested books below!. They explain food and why all processed foods are one of the reasons we all (at one point) have been overweight!.

8TH: I used to be overweight!. I have learned to portion, eat better and stay active!. I do not "diet", I just eat properly!. In the beginning it was hell with the food cravings, and having to shove carrots down my gullet every time I felt a pang to eat!. It was a combination of detoxifying my body of the crap and partly breaking habits!. Habit is a key word here!. I don't own a scale and weigh myself once a year at the doctors office, my weight hasn't fluctuated more than 3 lbs every year!. I am 5' 8" and weigh 145lbs without thinking about it now!. Amazing, but true!

You need to cut sugar completely from your diet!. Don't add sugar to anything!. Don't eat anything that is naturally high in sugar like fruit and fruit juice, corn etc!. Drink only bottled water!. Eat very low or no-fat food!. Don't eat late at night!. Eat lots of veggies and drink veggie drinks (eg!. V8) whenever you are hungry!. Eat chicken breast for protein!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!.
As far as exercise is concerned, walking long distances is a good start!. Find a sport that you like and stick with it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
