Why am i gaining weight? i work-out 3-4 times a week.....WHY!!!!!!?!


Question: Why am i gaining weight!? i work-out 3-4 times a week!.!.!.!.!.WHY!!!!!!!?
for about 2 weeks now i've been going to the gym 3-4 times a week!.
i run on the treadmill for a good 20-25 minutes, and then i do about 20 minutes of weights!.!.!.
and i gained 5 pounds!!!

i eat what i should be eating, so where'd these 5 pounds come from!?!?
when am i gonna start seeing results!?!?!?
should i give it 3 weeks!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're probably retaining fluids and putting on muscle mass (which is good, muscle is active tissue that burns calories at rest)!. Overall you're getting healthier and are burning calories!. Keep at it and eventually you'll start losing weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's probably your scale!.I actually stopped using the newer scales!.I don't use the scales that requires batteries!.I use the old ones!.They actually work better than the new ones!.On my old scale it says I weigh around 225!.When I get on the new one it says 219!.And then I double check just to make sure!.It stays at 219!.And then I don't eat for about 6 hours straight!.And then during that time I've been using the bathroom!.And then when I'm done using the bathroom!.It magically says 232!.And I'm like "What!!."It's probably your scale!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have been having the same problem--but I can see the muscle and feel it!. So it MUST be muscle!. I'm hoping to turn a corner soon and start seeing some weight loss!. I've been going for over a month solid, 4 or 5 times a week--cardio and weight training!.

*you could be gaining muscle weight-which isnt bad-just means you have more muscles, especially if you are using wieghts
*you could be pregnant!.!.!.!.
* your scale could be broken
