Question: Curvy women: how do you build body confidence!?
i'm 5'3!. i began this summer at 143 pounds and i'm now down to about 136!. however, i achieved this through a really unhealthy diet (only 500-800 calories a day)!.
i would like to lose 5 more pounds eventually, but i decided that instead of perhaps developing an eating disorder, i should learn to love and appreciate my curvy body first before making healthy changes!.
my question is, how do you make peace with YOUR body!? do you have any tips on how to start thinking positively about a little extra jiggle or even cellulite!? i realize i am not completely unattractive, but i'm having trouble seeing the sexy potential in my soft stomach and large/wobbly bottom half!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well even though im really skinny, i understand how u feel because in my world, its a lot cuter to be thick, and i have trouble gaining weight!.
still, i really do love my body just the way it is!. i wear clothes that look good on my body and compliment my best features!. i also always point out and focus on the parts of my body that i like best, no matter how simple (my hips, back dimples, feet)!. it also helps wen i see other people with a simular body shape as me, especially famous people, and i notice how good looking they still look and how successful they still are (Cassey, Aaliyah, Amarie)
