Question: Would this help me!? (exercise question)!?
I want to tone my thighs, and tone up my stomach even more!. I am not fat (117 pounds, 5'6"), but I just want to be more toned in the thighs and stomach!. I have slight abs, but I want a little more!. So along with a healthy diet (which I already have) would this help me!?

-brisk walking, slight jogging 30-40 minutes every day

30-40 minutes everyday is fine, but your body will adapt quickly to that!. You are better off doing a split!. One week, do it monday, wednesday, friday and the next week do it tuesday, thursday, saturday, sunday!. Walk up and down the stairs at home or at a stadium to better tone your legs!.

Yes, but it would be better to add in some bike riding or swimming and some cardio!.
