CRAP QUESTION...again?!


Question: CRAP QUESTION!.!.!.again!?
i know i posted a question about this be4 but i forgot somthing!.!.!.!.
this is the old question
ok so i only take a crap 1 a week and right now a week has already passed and i havent been able to take a crap!.!.!.i heard drinkin salt water will help so i did it and still nothing any recomendations!? what should i do!?!? can i die if i dont take a crap

ok but my new question is should i stop eatin!? and wait till i take a crap!? or should keep on eatin till i eventualy poop!.!.!.wouldnt i die if i keep putin food in my stomac and id ont poop it out!.!.!.HELP!!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

all i can say is what do you eat, your supposed to 'excrete' roughly 2 times a day, if you want to force somethign out drink a litre of pure orange juice and eat some baked beans, its not gonna look or smell pretty though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat more fiber, if you only go once a week your not clearing your system out well enough and that can lead to some problems!. Make sure you eat a bowl of bran everyday and eat brown bread not white- avoid white rice and always go for wholegrains as they have fiber in them that aid digestion!.

I think you could benefit by going to see a dr as well, i know it may be a bit embarrasing but if it's for the good of your health then go for it!. You might have a problem and rather than ignoring it, it would be best to get it sorted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat a bowl of prunes and drink a bottle of Tang and you should have no problems with not only taking a crap but experiencing explosive diarrhea!. Just leave the bathroom window open!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That doesn't sound healthy!. To the best of my knowlege, "regular" is going every day or every other day!. Also, eating whole, real foods-- whole grains, beans, fruits veggies, etc!. every day will also help!. I know on days I eat poorly (like yesterday; We were too busy moving for me to even care about eating, which is rare), I don't go the next day, or if I do, it's not easy!. Most days, though, when it comes, it comes quickly!. That's pretty much every day!.

I eat whole, real foods and stay away from junk like enriched flour, corn syrup, high fuctose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors or flavors, long words that look as thought they were created by man in a lab and not by God in nature, etc!. Also, I (obviously) don't consume meat or dairy!.

On days I do eat poorly like yesterday, I try and make up for it the following day, like today!. Actually the past few days I've barely ate at all!. Therefore, I'm definitely trying to go back to normal eating today!. My body knows when I've been eating poorly and I feel it!. Poor eating, along with little sleep and the stress of moving with a nine-month old, will wear a woman down, even a strong one like me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
