How would I go about losing 15-25 pounds, good sirs and ma'ams?
As much as I hate to admit it, I am quite aware that I am overweight. I weigh aboot 130 lbs at 13 years old. I am a male. I used to be 137, then I lost a few pounds and now I'm always somewhere inbetween 129-134. I know diet pills don't work and stuff. Don't whine to me about that. I just need a healthy way to lose about 20 pounds by mid-August, possible a little later. I know I need proper diet and excersise and crap like that, but please just post a schedule or something of WHAT and WHEN I should eat and excersise, just so I know from a person who actually knows about what they're telling me. If you don't help me, then...I don't know. But help anyway.

130 for a thirteen year old male doesn't seem that overweight to me. In fact that sounds just about right. But if you are so intent on weighing leess, then i would recommend not eating junk food on a regular basis, and excersising more often. Go for walks, join a sport, go swimming in the public pool. But always eat dessert. If you motivate yourself not to snack during the day, then dessert is the reward!
