Weight Gain?
What are the best ways to gain about 10-15 pounds in 6 weeks? Not 10-15 pounds of fat, but it can't all be muscle of course. Just some ways to do this please.

Why is the time frame so important? Weather you're losing or gaining, I always think its better to just watch yourself as you go and play it by mirror. Just eat peanut butter and shakes with protein powder regularly and lift weights at the gym for as long as a trainer at the gym reccomends is safe.
