How do you find time to exercise?!
Question: How do you find time to exercise!?
I can't figure out how people have this much time for exercize!? I barely have time for all my housework, my job, preparing foods, laundry, yard work, etc!. What is the best way to fit exercise into your schedule!? What type of exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do it in the morning!. I find that if you wake up early, eat a nice breakfast, and go on a jog or work out at the gym in the morning you feel better the rest of the day!. Doing this in the morning is also not cutting anymore time off in the rest of the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
The best way to fit exercise into your schedule is just by making better choices!.
Instead of setting aside time to exercise, just start being more active!. If you have kids, go outside and play with them!. Or take the stairs ot work instead of the elevator!.
You could also exercise during your lunch at work!. Go for a quick bike ride or walk!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes discipline!. A lot of times I do it first thing in the morning!. And I hit the gym at 5 am!. I do everything from running on the treadmill to weight toning!. And I usually spend 45 minutes to an hour doing so!. I think the more a person dedicates themselves to a routine, the easier it becomes!. Plus I find it gives me more energy throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It depends how u manage time!.!.!. whenever u feel that u dnt get time to do smething that means u dnt know how to manage ur work schedule!.!.!.!. so try to make ur daily routiene to exercise i/e atleast go for a walk or jogging in d morning 4 atleast 15 mins!.!.!.!. that's enough for living healthy!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
With so much work to do, that pretty much IS your exercise!
But you can squeeze that in by walking to work, taking the stairs etc!.
If you have time at night, use that time to do some cardio work!. If not, several mornings a week!Www@Answer-Health@Com
