I would probably break the fast slowly by adding lean proteins - chicken, egg whites, even nuts!. I would hold off on the starches (especially refined flour) and anything else that is machine processed!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First and foremost, there is nothing healthy about fasting!. If you dont eat protein, your body will begin to burn muscle, not fat!. You will lose muscle mass!. Once you begin eating solid foods again your body is going to store it all up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
