As far as I understand everybody has a different metabolism but there are things that can help just about everyone!. 1!. eat several small healthy meals each day, every day!. 2!. Do not eat late at night 3!. exercise regularly, and every 3 weeks change up your work out routine 4!. Do not eat food that is unhealthy 5!.
