How do I form a healthy diet chart?!


Question: How do I form a healthy diet chart!?
my friend has an eating disorder!. i was talking to him about it and he FINALLY admitted that he's not healthy!.
he's on the verge of!.!.!.!.!.really not good!.
so i was talking to him and i told him i would make a little eating plan thing for him!. i know if he has it, it will help him because it is something that will give him structure and guidance!.
i'm really really worried about him, and he's my best friend!.
BUT, i have no idea where to start!!!

I can see that your worried!. I have just recovered from an eating disorder that I have had for 4 years, and my parents have never been more worried!. You will just need alot of patience!. Here is the meal plan I was put on
Breakfast- 1cup cereal, 1 cup milk
Snack - yogurt or nuts
lunch - Sandwich with some sort of meat and butter
Snack - muesli bar or cookies or something
Dinner - Normal dinner
Snack - ice cream
Tell your friend that I give him good luck and tell him that this will be over before he knows it and too hang in there!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go on excel and put monday, tuesday ect!. and then put the meals he should eat unde breckfast lunch and diner and then put some snacks that are high in calories, and make sure that all his meals have lots of calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
