I don't think I'd consider it baby fat!. BUT I do agree that in about 2 years your body will change its hormones!. this will make you grow into the fat increasing your muscle size!. if you burn the fat now, then you'll be limited with the amount of fat you can grow into!.

you might consider adding some muscle mass and thats the way to do it!.

don't worry about the sfat and chol!. the calories not so important either!.!.!.!. in my mind its the carbs, the sugar, and the caffine!. Cut those out completely and your body goes into a state of keytosis!. where its burning fat instead of carbs!. its the atkins diet, but I wouldn't suggest following it your whole life!. the diet has been rumored to cause heart disease since most people on it just resort to only eating meat which does have a large amount of chol!.

honestly, your doing fine, just keep it up, keep working out!. situps, pull ups, curls, and free weight as much as possible!.
I'll throw money down that when your 16 this problem will be forgotten, and I'll have to keep my girl friend away from you or I'll be cut out of the picture!.

when I was 16 I was 6'2 and weighed 165!. I thought I was too thin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your BMI is 23!.4 which is a VERY healthy number; if girls like your body the way it is, stop beating yourself up over a few fat cells; your body needs them for proper function; besides if you're only 14, you have most of your teenage years left to develop your muscles into a shape you desire; it's not really normal for a 14 y/o to look like a body builder; and besides, most of those with "that look" cheat and take steriodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You already have some good answers, so I'll just say this: at your age it's normal to have a little extra fat!. It's all part of growing up and by the time you're in your late teens, providing you maintain your healthy diet and exercises, it will melt away - then you'll be the envy of your friends!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Within a couple of years as your testosterone kicks in you will gain muscle mass and lose fat quite naturally (if you are active and eat healthy)!. You just need to wait for the hormones to kick in!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
