I can't stop losing weight!?!
Question: I can't stop losing weight!!?
I'm a 21 year old guy!.!. I'm not very fit but, I'm not really un-fit either!.!. And I can't stop losing weight!!!
I was 200lbs at the beginning of the year, and I made a commitment to lose weight, my target weight was 175lbs!. I didn't really add much exercise to my "diet plan", I just cut out saturated fats and replaced them with unsaturated fats, like replacing butter with olive oil!.
So basically, my diet took off and now its the end of June and I'm around 150lbs!.!. I was a size 36 waist, now I'm below a 30!. None of my clothes fit me anymore!! I don't even follow my diet anymore and I can't stop losing weight!.
What the hell can I do to quit losing weight!? And don't post anything stupid like "go eat at McDonalds" because, I'm not going to eat unhealthy to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well by eating healthier you got your metabolism to start working faster!. Start working out!.!. you'll gain some muscle mass, and don't watch what you eat too closely!. If you see a donut and you reallllly want it go for it!. I'm not saying ditch the healthy eating completely but every once in a while it wouldn't be bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you only have one piece of chicken for dinner, eat two or three!.
