Question:

Is it OK to lose 66 pounds in 3 months?

I want to try and lose all the wieght in 3 months is it too much?
if you have a suggestion on what kind of diet & excersize will help I would appreciate it

you could but it takes soo much work and discipline. You would have to work out at least 5 or more hours a day for 7 days a week. (Celebrities usually use this method for slimming down quickly for movies) You would have to have supervision from professionals (Doctor and a personal trainer) and you would seriously have to watch what you eat. Food would be so boring.

But take it from me. Im currently loosing weight. I followed some really good tips from some trainers on here and it has worked. Simple changes like cutting out pop and drinking 2L or more of water a day and walking up 2 flights of stairs once a day has already resulted in me loosing 24 lbs. in 2 weeks (Mind you I am overweight and you tend to loose this kind of weight faster at this size than trying to go from a size 5 to size 2)

I hope this helps, and please whatever you do do not attempt to loose 66 lbs in 3 months without professional supervision and consultation.
