Question: Why is there flabby skin on my stomach, ruining my abs! Please Helpp!?

WHAT EXERCISES DO INEED TO DO!.!.

I do my crunches, i have abdmoninals!.!.but the skin is killin mee
its like LAFFY TAFFY :(
i pull it stretch it and when i pull it down and flex my abs!.!.!.there lookin good!.!.
I THINK its cause of what i eat!.!.!.i eat alot of rice!? drink alotta pop n stuff!.!.but in order to stop i need to know WHAT to eat and drink!.!.!.i started drinkin water!.!.!.but what do i eat and what do i not eat!.

and another thing, IF you can help any suggestions!.!.!.my lower abs dont really look well!.!.!.Good!. Any special excerises i can do!? any suggestions at all would be appreciated!. :]Www@Answer-Health@Com
