Question: If i weigh 145 and i am benching 135 am i strong enough for my age!?
i play football, baseball, and basketball i was wondering if i am in good shape for my age so far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ur average!.!. but i suggest u do lower weights!.!. try doing a 50-70 lb weight so u can do it longer and more!.!. its better for building muscle and endurance!.!. eat meat too protein!. even a hand full of peanuts a day! good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

Ya i play for Saguaro Football in AZ ( we state champs) and i way 172 and bench about 150 normal, tops is 180-200 so you fine i would thinkWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think thats fine!. I heard this rule that you should be able to lift your own weight!. But im not sure if its true!.
