Question: Skinny women and girls: what do you eat when you are at home the entire day!?
I am in the process of losing extra pounds, but I noticed that when I stay at home the entire day, I munch on things much more than when I am at work or running errands!. I am sure that this hinders the weight loss in general!.

I snack on a lot of veggies, especially cherry tomatoes and sliced-up green peppers!. I love them!.
Of course, if staying at home causes you to have the munchies, the best thing to do would be to not stay home!.
Go out and take a long walk, go for a bike ride, or something active!.
It will remove you from the situation that causes you to "munch on things!." It will also give you some exercise -- which should always accompany a healthier diet if you want to lose weight!.

i'm 5 foot 9 and weigh 8 stone
i would have cereals or toast for breakfast, a mid-morning snack of fruit or raw carrot or something like that!.
for lunch, a salad sandwich, cake or chocolate bar (not too much is fine), a cereal bar, and maybe a yoghurt!. 'go ahead' do delicious cakes/cereal bars with less calories!.
dinner would consist of vegetables, carbs (potatoes/pasta/chips/rice etc), and meat of some sort!.
i normally have supper too which is sometimes fruit and sometimes a yoghurt!.
i drink pretty much ONLY water!. i have a drink with every meal/snack, and other drinks in between!.
also try to do as much excercise as poss!. whether its a walk to the post office or going dancing or going to the gym!. anything helps!.

I eat 5 times a day (every 3 hours) and here's an example of a typical day for me:
1!. Breakfast burrito
2!. 1 boiled egg, some fruit and maybe some yoghurt
3!. Lunch - Chicken and salad
4!. Crackers with lite cheese and tomato

Uhh!.!.!.!.I eat cheetos sometimes!.!.!.and chew gum and eat peaches and banana's and things!.!.!.(fruit helps a lot with acne) yep!.!.!.I also had in n out today!. oh and I also went swimming today,my stomach was flat as hell!.!.!.Try swimming its great!Www@Answer-Health@Com
