Is BMR of 3,559 good or bad?
I hear that most people have a BMR like 1500. Mine is double that. I am pretty big, but I exercise alot.
My RMR is 3,314.

My BMR is 1,185 calories...(120lbs woman).
I like to eat about 1,400 calories/day, so I know I better exercise accordingly if I don't want to get fat.
BMR: men: lbs x 0.453 = kilograms x 10.2 + 879
BMR: women: lbs x 0.453 = kilograms x 7.18 + 795
So if you're BMR is 3,559 calories, then you must weight 580lbs!
So I'll say...yes...it's bad...or your calculations are wrong...
580lbs x 0.453 = 262.74kg x 10.2 = 2,680 calories = 879 = 3,559 calories.
