Tone w/o bulking up?

hi, i have been going to the gym almost everyday for a while now, and i was just wondering what do i do to get a tone body in stead of muscle.???


Answers:

Low weight, high repetitions. Calisthenics will also help you a great deal (Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, wide-arm chin ups, leg lifts, squat thrusts, jump rope, etc.) Stretching before/after each session is also important for toning. Good Luck.
