For your metabolism I would recommend eating food high in iodine, such as oily fish, as your thyroid (which operates your metabolism) needs iodine!.
Also ensure you do a lot of stretching, it will elongate your muscles and prevent bulky muscles from building up!.
Don't forget to measure yourself by dress size, weighing scales are quite often not a true representation of fat content, due to muscle build up,as already said it is heavier than fat, also water retention can cause extra weight!.

it depends on how much you work out!. if you eat more than you burn!. etc!. or sometimes your diet/workout is uneven during the week!. and losing weight is all about commitment!.
a tip: before you eat drink a full glass of water, it makes you get full faster(doctor recomended to my younger brother hes a little bit chubby)

1!. You body will hold onto weight if it feels you are "starving" it!.
2!. Examine your food choices, is your protein/carb ratio correct!? Keep a diary of food, and portions!.

Eat a big breakfast, a smaller lunch and a tiny dinner!. If you are doing weight training then you may not lose any weight at all but are still losing fat!. In that case check your body fat percentage with a special scale/machine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I don't know i have the same problem- I started working out again 30 minutes every day for the past 2 months straight and i weigh myself today and i weigh the same- 180 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
