How do you know when to increase the weight you're lifting when bodybuilding?

lets cut the crap,

you feel a certain level of energy yourself when you re lifting normal weight and it tells you to increase the weight .

there is the traditional way by increasing weight slowly but it occasionally slow way .

i will recommend you to have a partner and start trying heavy weight , weight on which you can stretch your limits too and always remember to have someone to support you while you lift within a month you will be able to lift the same weight without support.

you can use certain products like creatine and proteins to help you gain mass or can try the steroids with consult of a doctor.

to be a bodybuilder you have to stretch your limits and thats what it is all about have a supporter on ya back while you lift lift and concentrate make it hard that you have to do it and you will do it , if you believe in yourself you can do it but always be careful and have a supporter with you ask any guy to do exercise with you help him and take his help while stretching the limits of your capable lifting weights .


i have a 19 inch biceps and 52 chest been in bodybuilding from teh age of 13 its been 9 years for me now .
