What size weights should i use to workout?
I'm an athlete who is trying to tone my arm muscles but I'm a bit of a beginner when it comes to working out...
Answers:
If you want to tone up, use light weights and do lots of repetitions. You could start with 3 or 5 pound dumbbells, but I wouldn't go any higher than 15 pound dumbbells if your goal is to tone your arms.
