Calories burned?

I have seen a few articles saying how fidgeting and bacis movements help promote weight loss. However I can't find an actual number. For example: Shaking you foot or leg for 30 mins burns _____ calories? Has anyone else seen this or know how many?


Answers:

I've heard that over the course of a day, fidgeting (such as leg bouncing or pacing when bored) can burn up to 700 calories, the amount of calories found in a small steak dinner.
