Question:
How can I get big muscles?
I'm 15 and 6' 2" and have been working out for about two months (si-ups, press-ups, weight lifting,etc) but have not seen alot of change.My body fat is 11% and my muscle mass is 43% but I cannot see my abs, biceps, etc.

I will be doing an article on my yahoo fitness group on muscle building if you would want to join. For a short answer, try to get at least 1 gram of protein, 2 grams of carbs, and 0.5 grams of healthy fats per pound of body weight. Lift mainly in an 8-12 rep range but every now and then do slightly higher reps to change things up and work more of the slow twitch muscle fibers.
