Ok...I am 14 and I need to lose some weight...like around 15-30 pounds...can someone give me tips for losing it...

Keep doing what your doing, Get up and Play! Stay active! Avoid too much Tv Or Computer! Also, watch what you eat. This is important, how you eat now will pretty much set a guideline on how you eat later in life. So only eat one cookie instead of two! Try fruits and veggies instead of chips and what not.
