I am 12yrs old, i am 5'3 and i weigh 96 pounds. i am dieing to lose 26 pounds!!!! I have so much body fat and its getting nasty! on July 14 my friend is having a swim party and i am not gonna go there and still have my fat hanging off!!! Help please!
