Question:

I need to lose some wieght(13-year-old)?

i'm overwieght by 5-10 pounds (not exactly sure how many) and im 13. i really wanna get back in shape by school, but i wanna know the absolute best way. i'm horrible at exerciseunless it's swimming, but i live in the desert and i'm not a member at any near by pools. i've tryed dieting, but there arent any healthy foods at my house, ive asked my parents to buy sum apples and fruits, but they dont listen, piz help me!!!

Walk! Walk ! Walk!
Get up early before it is to hot or after the sun has gone down...try and start small...a 1/2 mile and work you way up to 2 miles a day if u can... or ride your bike and walk every other day...then drink lots of water and stay way from large portions...have what ever you can find that is healthy and try to eat small meals every couple of hours...you should never feel extreme hunger either... also...try and keep a log of your weight, but only weigh yourself once a week, at the same time of day every week...(mine is friday, first thing after a pee and before shower :)
