Question: Exercising for fitness QUESTION!?
If i'm doing sit ups and crutches cause i want to get abs!.!.!. how often should i do them!?
Everyday!? every other day!? twice a day!?
Also how often should i do push ups !? (just to get more upper body strength)
And, if im doing cardio (as in running/jogging) do i do this everyday!? or everyother day!? :SWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would do the strength training (abs, and arms) monday, wednesday, friday!. and then the other days of the week I would do cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You can do all of those daily of you don't over do it!.
