Will I lose weight if I become a vegetarian?!

Question:

Will I lose weight if I become a vegetarian?

Additional Details

what are bowel movements?

Answers:

Usually. Red Meats usually have high levels of fats. I wouldn't reccommend becoming a vegetarian purely for weight control. Research other types of healthy eating. I myself, was an octovegetarian: I still ate fish and poultry...which are naturally fat free/low in fat. That way, you can be sure you're getting enough healthy muscle-building protein. Think smart, not fast.
